Our purpose is simple: to build the best gym in the world. Knowing that a gym is only as strong as the community that supports it, we are committed to providing world-class coaching, programming and customer service. It is our goal to take people from point A to point B – from where they are to where they want to go. We offer two programs: Karhu CrossFit and Karhu Method.

Evolution 2 _______________________________________________________ Event 3: 1 Min Max Effort Ring Muscle-up Bar Muscle-up Chest-to-Bar Pull-up 1 Min Max Effort Double Unders Scaled: 1 Min Max Effort Chest-to-Bar Chest-to-Bar Pull-up Pull-up 1 Min Max Effort Double Unders Each member of the team will choose one of the upper body pulling movements and have 1 minute to accumulate as many reps as possible. Once they have completed their 1 minute they will move directly into 1 min max effort double unders. •••• Event 4: AMRAP 10/10: MM/FF Pairs 2-4-6-8-10.... Deadlift @ 135/95 Overhead Squat @135/95 Scaled: Event 4: AMRAP 10/10: MM/FF Pairs 2-4-6-8-10.... Deadlift @ 95/65 Overhead Squat @ 95/65 Each pair will work as a team to complete as many reps as possible in 10 min. The workout will be “I go, You go” style increasing by 2 reps each round. Both partners will complete 2 reps of each movement, 4 reps of each movement, 6 reps, etc, etc, etc. The score for this event will be total reps of both teams. Evolution 2 will be capped at 25 Minutes and will have a total of 3 scores- total reps for upper body pull, total double unders and total reps for Event 4. A: I started doing CrossFit in the summer of 2017 in Chicago •••• Q: what made you decide to join? A: I needed an outlet; something that encouraged me to try new things and meet new people with the bonus of fitness. •••• Q: What are your favorite movements/workouts? A: I love snatch day. Or any 1RM day. Or wall balls. Or rowing. Oh... or single arm DB snatches. Or partner WODs. I seem to have a lot of favorites.
